Request a Repair

Send GDS your unit for repair by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request online, or by following these simple steps:

Step 1 — Prepare Your Information

Get your customer number and machine information (model and serial#) available to give to the technician.

Note: Due to manufacturer policies, limitations and agreements, GDS may not be able to service all computer models or lines made by these manufacturers.

Step 2 — Contact Us

Contact our Technical Support team via e‑mail or phone:

If the issue cannot be resolved by e‑mail or phone, a technician will assist you in processing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for repair.

Step 3 — Send It Back

Fill and fax the waiver document to +233 302 231166 prior to sending the computer in for service. Follow the support technician’s instructions on how to send the merchandise back.

  • On average repairs require 7–10 business days (depending on part availability from the manufacturer).
  • All GDS Repair Technicians are factory certified and hold industry standard certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, and ACMT.
  • All of our service technicians have over 10 years of technical experience in the computer industry.
  • GDS facility utilizes 4 layers of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection to ensure hardware safety.
