See every service, end to end
When an application slows down or a call drops, you need to know why — fast. NETSCOUT turns network packets into real-time insight for performance and security, and GDS Africa puts it to work across your estate.
The challenge
You can’t fix what you can’t see
Digital services span networks, data centres, SaaS and cloud. Traditional monitoring shows the pieces, not the service your users experience.
Users notice first
Without deep visibility, slow applications and dropped calls surface as complaints — long before monitoring tools raise an alert.
Blind spots in hybrid IT
Services now cross data centres, WAN links, SaaS and public cloud. Device-level monitoring cannot show how the whole service behaves.
Finger-pointing wastes hours
When network, application and security teams each see a partial picture, incidents drag on. Packets are a single source of truth everyone can trust.
The full portfolio
Packet-level visibility for performance and security
NETSCOUT nGenius and Omnis share one foundation — Smart Data derived from packets — so operations and security teams work from the same evidence.
nGeniusONE Service Assurance
Real-time analytics across applications, voice, video and network services — one view of service health with drill-down to the root cause.
InfiniStreamNG sensors
Packet capture and analysis at key points in the network, turning raw traffic into Smart Data for performance and security analytics.
Virtual & cloud visibility
Virtual and cloud-native sensors extend the same packet-level view into private cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud workloads.
Omnis Cyber Intelligence (NDR)
Network detection and response that uses packet data to detect threats, then provides the evidence to investigate and contain them.
nGeniusPULSE synthetic testing
Active tests that check critical applications and SaaS from the user’s point of view — catching problems before users call the helpdesk.
Unified communications assurance
Visibility into call quality and signalling for voice, video and collaboration platforms, so you can prove where call problems start.
Who it’s for
Built for networks that can’t afford to guess
Mobile operators & ISPs
Assure core network, voice and data services, and understand subscriber experience at scale.
Banks & payment networks
Keep transaction, digital banking and payment application performance within service levels — and detect threats inside the network.
Enterprise & government IT
Troubleshoot hybrid applications, unified communications and data-centre services from one consistent view.
How GDS delivers it
Designed, deployed and supported by GDS
Visibility engineered around your services
As a NETSCOUT partner, GDS Africa designs where visibility is needed, deploys the platform and helps your operations and security teams get value from it from day one.
Discover
We identify your critical services and users, and map the visibility points that matter across network, data centre and cloud.
Instrument
We deploy InfiniStreamNG sensors, virtual and cloud sensors, and synthetic tests where they give the most insight.
Configure
We build service dashboards, baselines and alerts in nGeniusONE and Omnis, tuned to how your business actually runs.
Operate & optimize
We support the platform, train your teams and keep visibility aligned as services, links and cloud workloads change.
FAQ
Common questions
What is service assurance? +
It is continuous visibility into how business services actually perform for users — applications, voice, video and network — so problems are detected early and the root cause is found quickly.
How is this different from SNMP or flow monitoring? +
SNMP and flow show device health and traffic volumes. NETSCOUT analyses the packets themselves, so it can show what went wrong inside a transaction or call, and which part of the service caused it.
What is Omnis Cyber Intelligence? +
NETSCOUT’s network detection and response (NDR) platform. It uses the same packet-derived data to detect threats across the network and gives security teams the evidence to investigate them.
Does it work in the cloud? +
Yes. Virtual and cloud-native sensors extend visibility to private cloud and public cloud workloads, alongside physical InfiniStreamNG sensors on-premise.
How is it delivered? +
By GDS Africa, a NETSCOUT partner — from design and sensor placement through deployment, configuration and ongoing support, locally from Accra.
In Ghana & West Africa
GDS Africa is a NETSCOUT partner in Ghana — we design, deploy and support Arbor DDoS protection and nGenius service assurance from Accra, for service providers, banks and enterprises across Ghana and West Africa.
